My passion is helping people understand their back pain and regain confidence in movement.
Too often, people spend months—or even years—searching for answers without ever receiving a clear explanation of why their symptoms persist.
At Low Back Clinic, my goal is to help you better understand your pain, identify the factors contributing to it, and build a practical plan for returning to the activities that matter most to you.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience and advanced training in spine care, I combine evidence-based treatment with a personalized approach focused on education, movement, and long-term self-management.
Because understanding your pain is often the first step toward overcoming it.
Education & Professional Training
I graduated from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary in 2005. Widely recognized as one of Europe’s leading medical universities, Semmelweis provided a strong foundation in evidence-based healthcare and rehabilitation.
Throughout my career, I have continued to pursue advanced postgraduate training in internationally recognized treatment approaches, including the McGill Method, Maitland, Mulligan, and Neurodynamics.
These experiences have shaped a comprehensive and adaptable approach to care, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.
Today, I focus exclusively on helping people with low back pain, sciatica, and lumbar spine conditions better understand their symptoms and move forward with confidence.
